I spent the last two days working with students at the College of the Ozarks in Branson, MO. This was my first time in this scenic part of the country, and I had a wonderful time during both the lecture and masterclass portions of my visit. It was also very meaningful to catch up with my friend Luke Carlson, a great composer who’s leading the composition program there and was kind enough to host me and organize these events.
